Gardening

Our Gardening team manage several areas of land at FCH:

• The main Island at the entry to the hospital;

• The Crescent of land immediately outside the main entrance;

• The gardens either side of the pathway leading to the hospital foyer;

• Three internal garden areas;

• Three large raised planters at the rear of the hospital.

The team comprise of volunteers who are willing to spend time planting and maintaining those areas. Additionally, during 2025, the team supported the development of the Community Gardens at the rear of the hospital.
