Transport Service
The Friends of Fareham Community Hospital Transport Service is a voluntary service designed to assist people within the catchment area, to get to an appointment at the hospital. The service is offered to anyone living within a 10-mile radius of Fareham Community Hospital and with no transport of their own.
This is a not-for-profit service - we only ask for a donation to cover the cost of the journey. All of our team are volunteers.

Volunteer Drivers Wanted
As the transport service continues to grow, more drivers and coordinators are always welcome.
Our drivers work on an ad-hoc basis at times to suit themselves and are reimbursed for their fuel costs. Our coordinators work on a flexible rota basis, taking bookings from clients and arranging the transport with our volunteer drivers.
