Our Memory Group provides a free social and support group for people with memory loss and their carers.
Every Monday
Mornings Session: 10:30am – 12:30pm
Afternoon Session 1:00pm – 3:00pm

The sessions are free to attend and are run by trained volunteers.
The group offers guests the opportunity to meet with others in similar situations, to provide practical information and to offer companionship and mutual support. Help is also given for carers to make contact with other support agencies to obtain specialist advice.
Light refreshments are provided free of charge, although there is a donation box should people wish to make a small contribution towards costs.
All visitors to FFCH Memory Group will be met with a warm welcome and introduced into a happy, sociable and supportive environment.
A lift is available for anyone unable to manage stairs or using a wheelchair and there is free onsite parking to the front and rear of the building including disabled spaces.

Speakers visit to give talks on IT, health and local services
A therapy dog visits and parties are held at Christmas and for other significant events.
Picnics and theatre trips are organised throughout the year.
Entertainment is provided including singers and demonstrations
